Good Day San Pedro! Tomorrow is Thursday and you know what that means! “Tasting Thursday” at Casa Picasso is almost here and this week Chef Val and his team have a really delicious 5-course Chef’s tasting menu ready for you!
This week’s “Tasting Thursday” menu is…..
First Course – Duck a L’Orange Summer Rolls – Orange & sherry marinated duck breast, julienned carrots, daikon, cucumber & basil wrapped in rice paper, served with an orange & red pepper marmalade
Second Course – Cocoyam & Chorizo Croquettes – Grated cocoyam mixed with sour & cream cheeses with chorizo, rolled in panko crumbs & deep fried, served with a jalapeno cream dipping sauce
Third Course – Warm Bacon Salad – Mixed green salad with tri-colored bell peppers & cherry tomatoes with grated hard boiled egg, topped with a warm bacon dressing
Fourth Course – Salmon & Risotto – Pan seared rosemary salmon served over a creamy herbed, button & portobello mushroom Arborio rice with a rosemary beurre blanc
Fifth Course – Pina Colada Sorbet – Housemade coconut sorbet topped with a caramelized pineapple & rum sauce
