Tasting Thursday – April 20th

Good Day San Pedro! “Tasting Thursday” is tomorrow & the kitchen crew led by Chef Val has a delicious 5-course Chef’s Tasting Menu for this week.

First CourseCrab Rangoon - Crispy wontons filled with lump crab meat & a seasoned cream cheese mixture with green onions, a touch of soy & Worcestershire sauce, served with our housemade sweet chili sauce

Second CoursePotato SouffleA light & airy potato souffle using cheddar & Parmesan cheeses, baked golden brown to order

Third CourseWatermelon & Beet SaladGrilled cubed watermelon & roasted beets served over a bed of arugula, drizzled with a lemony balsamic vinaigrette & topped with crumbled feta cheese

Fourth CourseApple Pork & PolentaSlow roasted pork belly rubbed in fermented black bean, garlic sauce & ground anise, topped with an apple brandy sauce, served with a smoked Gouda polenta

Fifth CourseWhite Chocolate, Mango CheesecakeHousemade cheesecake using white chocolate & fresh mango puree, baked in an almond graham cracker butter crust
