Good Day San Pedro! It’s that time of the week where we announce our “Tasting Thursday” 5-course chef’s tasting menu.
This week’s Tasting Thursday” menu is……
First Course – Shrimp & Mango Sopes – Salted plantain cups, deep fried & filled with spicy marinated grilled shrimp & grilled sweet mangoes, tossed with mustard micro-greens
Second Course – Frisee & Citrus Salad – Crisp Ambergreens frisee lettuce tossed in a citrus lemon & garlic dressing with orange slices, crumbled goat cheese & toasted almonds
Third Course – Conch Po’boy – A traditional Po’boy using tender conch, tossed in cornmeal & deep fried on a sweet roll with shredded lettuce, tomato & a semi-spiced Cajun remoulade
Fourth Course – Cassava Gnocchi – Our classic gnocchi made with cassava root tossed in a creamy pesto & roasted red bell pepper sauce, finished with fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Fifth Course – Ginger Orange Steamed Pudding – Individually steamed puddings using ginger & orange, served with a vanilla creme anglaise
As always, our regular menu will be available as well as our optional wine pairings with the first 4-courses.
